- Shatavari turber powder also know as Asparagus racemosus could be taken for this condition and is very beneficial. One could take 5 grams 2 times a day with milk. Shatavari churna is the ayurvedic product with similar ingredients and could be taken if you could get it in local shop
- Guduchi also know as Tinospora cordifolia is also very beneficial in the condition and is considered as a better remedy for Leucorrhea. One should take Guduchi leaves juice every day for better results
- One needs to make a paste of the inner part of the mango and apply it on the vagina.
- Take 2-3 teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds and boil it in 1 litre of water and make a douche out of it. Once it boils, keep it on a low flame for about half an hour. Filter it and make use of it.
- Cook some rice in half litre of water in the open pan. Once the rice is ready do not throw the residue water, but rather drink it, when it is hot enough to be taken. You can add 1 teaspoonful of sugar. You will be get relief within a week.
- Boil ladyfingers (200gm) in a litre of water and prepare a decoction. Boil it till it is half. The filter it. Add sugar for taste. Drink about 1 tsp. of sugar 70ml dosage of it at an interval of 3 hours. It is very effective.
- Soak about 1 teaspoonful of coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. Have this for a week.
- Make a douche of leaves of walnut tree, by boiling them in water till the water is half.
- It is good to chew betel nut after food.
- One can make a douche of the tender leaves of guava. The infusion acts as astringent.
- The root of Amaranth needs to be rubbed in a cup of water, then filtered and taken twice in a day. If roots are not available, then one can use leaves.
- Take about 2gm Amalaki powder with honey or sugar.
- Have 5 drops of sandalwood oil in the morning as well as in the evening with some plantain.
- Cranberry juice is also good.
- Hot hip bath is very good.
