I am Rahul from India, age 24, weight 58, height 5.9″,minus power in eyes 8..i have a slim figure.. i want to increase my body but the problem i have is that i dont have time to work out as i am busy with my study all the time.. i can only do free hand..so plz suggest me what should i take as supplement or creatine as well as prefer some good food that i should follow so that i can gain 10 kgs in 7 mths. with out doing much excercise……….
