Home remedies to whiten one’s teeth:
- Orange Peel: One can use an orange peel to clean the teeth. It will lessen the yellowish tinge on the teeth. The calcium and Vitamin C present in the peel will certain counteract the microorganisms overnight. One can use a dried one, if one does not have fresh peel available
- Baking soda: 1. This gets rid of the plaque on the teeth that makes them yellow in color. Take a quarter tsp of regular baking soda and some toothpaste. Burn your teeth with the mix and rinse the mouth with some warm water. Use it about twice a week. 2. Mix baking soda with lemon juice, hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar and brush your teeth. 3. One can make use of mouthwash by making a mix of about 1 tbs of baking soda and half tsp of hydrogen peroxide with 1 cup of water that is cold and rinse 2 or 3 times in a day. 4. - Lemon: The bleaching elements found in hydrogen peroxide can also remove the yellow on the teeth.1.Gargle and rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Avoid swallowing the hydrogen peroxide.2. Prepare a mix of baking soda along with hydrogen peroxide and brush your teeth. Subsequently, brush the teeth with regular toothpaste
